As part of a the John Marshall Law School delegation to the People’s Republic of China, George Mahoney met with various judges, law school professors and attorneys on Chinese jurisprudence. He also spoke on current issues and trends in electronic discovery in the United States courts to attorneys in the Beijing offices of two of China’s largest law firms, Fangda Partners and King & Wood.
