Ashley Kwasneski

Ashley A. Kwasneski’s practice focuses on litigation and includes commercial and civil litigation and representing area communities in trials of ordinance and motor vehicle violations and aggravated traffic/driving under the influence offenses. She is a lifelong resident of the Homer Glen/Lockport, Illinois area.  Ashley received her bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Illinois in 2003. Ashley attended law school at the University of Illinois College of Law where she graduated cum laude in 2006. She was admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association in November of 2006.

Ashley is a member of the Will County Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association. As a member of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Traffic Laws and Courts Section Council, Ashley has presented at continuing education seminars and contributed an article to the group’s newsletter on DUI and traffic issues entitled, Illinois Supreme Court extends “Hot Pursuit” Doctrine to include misdemeanors.
