EDWARDSVILLE – Several appointments were approved Wednesday by the Madison County Board with one receiving some controversy. Wilbert Glasper, the husband of Madison County Board Member Gussie Glasper, D-Madison, was replaced by Yolanda Crochrell, of Edwardsville, on the Madison County Housing Authority Board.
