The executive director of the Fort Wayne Housing Authority is stepping down effective Oct. 13. Since 2003, Maynard Scales has been the agency’s executive director. Peoria HA Approves Contract to Recruit New CEO
The PHA Board approved a $25,000 contract to partner with Gans, Gans & Associates to recruit a top administrator to take over when current CEO Brenda Coates retires Jan. 31 upon the completion of her contract.
